Shipping & Delivery

At SWO LLC we pride ourselves on top notch customer service and the fastest shipping in the industry.

In most cases your product will ship the same day, but this is dependent on the type of shipping selected during check out, the time the order is placed as well as payment type.

The average order is shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once the order is shipped a confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking number and any order comments that are available.

Free Shipping on orders over $100 only applies to orders placed and shipped within the 50 US StatesAll International orders can be shipped USPS priority Mail and will pay actual freight cost to your country and are not eligible for free freight orders over $100.00.

All international order must phone their orders in for correct shipping quotes.


Returns & Replacements

If you ordered the wrong item and need to return it, please call 586-806-4348 for a Return Authorization Number.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

We will not issue a refund unless a RMA has been obtained.

Any packages shipped back without an RMA number will be refused by SWO and sent back to you.

Any part purchased from SWO stores that needs to be returned for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days after you receive the goods, provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The part must be unused, in its original resalable condition.

Improper packaging causing items to bump and scratch against each other because of carelessness packaging will not be refunded at all.

A RMA must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns that have RMA's within 7 days of delivery. When returning you order be aware that shipping will also be deducted from your order and All returns will be charged a 25% restock after the shipping is deducted.(ex $200.00 order) – ($15.00 shipping) – ($46.25 restock fee)=138.75 credit will be issued onto your account.

After 7 days there will be no refund, an exchange or store credit will be offered only.

If you have received the wrong product by SWO’s error we will process a return shipping label and exchange your order with the correct items. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground No exceptions.
Only unused product that has not been installed or altered is eligible for return.

NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For your protection, we suggest that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
Cancellation can usually made immediately after purchase.  If the order has already been processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled and you should follow our return procedures to return the products.
Clearance & Special Order Items: No Refund can be issued.

Canadian Customers: If an item is damaged, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Please call for further details.

If your shipment has arrived damaged/missing items, contact Customer Service 586-806-4348 within 24 hours to report the damage/missing items. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to SWO LLC.


Ordering

Please be aware that SWO’s pictures representing product in any way does not mean those are the exact items you are receiving. All on hand adapters come with lug nuts already on the stud.

There is no other hardware supplied with the adapters, it’s your responsibility to provide the correct hardware when mounting the adapters to your vehicle. SWO DOES NOT SUPPLY THIS HARDWARE.

We gladly offer our customers the ability to place their orders online or by phone. Purchasing from SWO-LLC's websites are simple, quick and secure. Simply browse and select products for your shopping cart.

Once in the shopping cart, you will be able to begin the checkout process.

During the checkout, take care to enter your payment, billing and shipping details correctly as incorrectly entered details may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

It is recommended that you print your order confirmation or make a note of your order number. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail shortly afterward.

If you are purchasing online, you have multiple payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard,  PayPal. If you wish to use American Express, the credit card details must be processed via PayPal.

Once the entire balance has been paid and the payment has cleared, your order will ship.

Stock Quantities & Availability

Although we try extremely hard to verify all stock quantities before/after every purchase, it is possible that a product may become unavailable.

If a product has become unavailable we will notify you and process a refund immediately. On occasion, if we do not have the product, it may be back ordered with the permission of the customer and shipped when available.
